I have worked in the health and social care sector for over ten years and have achieved an NVQ level 3 in health and social care. I enjoy leaving a positive imprint on people ‘s lives. I have good communication skills verbally and written. I can liase with other
professionals involved. I do comply with policies and procedures. I am able to administer the medication safely according to the MAR chart, provide personal care and prepare some meals for the client. I always advocate in the best interests of the client. My main strength is building a good relationship with the client to avoid them being frustrated and being anxious. I am good at reflecting .
