I am a very organised and caring person, I presently work as a house manager for a McCarthy and Stone independent living retirement apartments Development. I would like to move more into the care side of my job and am interested in training for this. I am aware in my present role of the shortage of good, professional care staff. I have cared for all parents and extended family with different illnesses, who have now all passed and feel this is an area I could excel at.
