I have a genuine desire to care for others., Hearing impairment, Dementia, Autism and Special Needs. I have a compassionate nature and empathy for those I care for. I feel that when caring for a person I should strive to enhance their quality of life to the best of my ability and feel I am an advocate to have the individual heard and their needs met. I have worked in different capacities in the Healthcare sector, as a deputy manager/care coordinator and also doubled up as an HCA. I have experience in working within a wide spectrum including; looking after people with many different disabilities and illnesses covering Dementia, Learning Disability and Complex needs.
