I am an experienced carer who believes that beyond experience, compassion that encourages all round support to the service user is more important. Over that last couple of months I have worked very closely with the elderly. I have worked with closely with people with dementia and others, supporting them through their day to day activities and helping them build their confidence and improve their self-reliance levels in line with their care plans.
