I have 20 years of experience in care. I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve and get very excited about the opportunity to contribute my diverse skills and experience to any organisation. Having this expertise in multiple areas allows me to approach problem solving from multiple perspectives which comes natural to me. I adapt very easily to any given situation. One of my strengths is I tolerate delay, problems or suffering without becoming annoyed or anxious. I have supported individuals with diverse health conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer's, parkinson's, mobility issues, people with learning disabilities, I have also taken care of mental health patients in secure psychiatric hospitals by providing a safe and supportive environment. My role involves meditation management, assisting with daily tasks, writing care plans and writing and updating risk assessments and providing emotional support. I have strong interpersonal skills, enabling me to build trust with clients and collaborate effectively with other health care professionals and loved ones.
