Paul was one of my favourite personal carers. He is a very calm, gentle and companionable
person - and a good conversationalist. He has a very caring and kind nature. His
thoughtfulness and attentiveness made me feel valued as a person.
Paul is trustworthy, dependable and reliable. He was always ready to work at short notice in
situations when my regular carer could not manage. In fact, he always made himself
available to cover any absences and rearranged his plans for me, for which I am very
grateful. He even selflessly planned to be with me on Christmas day as there was no one
else around at the time.
