I am a conscientious and dedicated carer and support worker with eighteen years of experience working with adults with physical, learning difficulties and mental health issues through the Shared Lives and community living schemes. I am a well organised and reliable individual. I am pleased to be thought of as having a strong sense of empathy with clients, ability to encourage and ‘stick ability’. Achievements have included finding work and voluntary placements for clients, an ability to think outside the box with approaches to challenging behaviour and actively create opportunity for greater social inclusion.
