I am an experienced creative carer with an outgoing personality, great communication skills and a passion for caring for others. Multi-skilled and self motivated with a dedication for providing personal and physical care on a one-to-one basis. I strive to meet the personal care needs of my clients in a respectful and dignified way, that keeps their autonomy in place. Having nursed my daughter though Anorexia successfully I have developed a deep understanding of nutrition and the Hippocrates ethos of healthy body, healthy mind: 'Let food be thy medicine.' I also have a keen interest in Herbs and Kitchen Gardening.
Using initiative to develop effective solutions to problems with an active, creative and dynamic approach to work and getting things done efficiently, unsupervised, and holistically as can possibly be realised. I am well educated in the Arts and like to feed this into my caring as part of a well balanced caring model.
