This is to confirm that Mrs Caroline Finch of [address hidden by LICJ admin] has been employed as a complex care Assistant / PA for my disabled son [client name hidden by LICJ admin] (30) for the period of june 2022 - February 2023.
During that time I have found Caroline to be an excellent worker,
diligent, honest, patient, caring and punctual. My son is severely disabled with cerebral Palsy, double incontinent, with some challenging behaviour. All of which posed no problem for caroline who always acted professionally with care and understanding at all times.
unfortunately, Lee's care placement has now changed which has meant that the P/A role has now come to a n end.
Iwould have no hesitation in recommending caroline for any future position in the care industry.
