I have care certificate and also NVQ 2and 3 and handling of safe Medication and other qualifications which have helped me to understand my job role. I also understand that i have aduty of care to ensure that my clients and my safe and are safe from harm and danger. i work independently also always and document report all the incidents snd concerns to my line manager.
