I had the opportunity to work with people from different cultures, having different social norms during my entire career which helped me to work collaboratively and become a better team player. I had to be in constant liaison with vendors, customers, government officials during these roles that helped in developing my communication and negotiation skills. I am respectful of others; collegial with good interpersonal skills for resolving conflict, problem-solving & management of adversity.
My passion and drive for research, education and giving my best has afforded me, thus far with a very satisfying career, I have been extremely fortunate to receive great mentorship & guidance throughout my career which has inspired me to lead by example in every role that I take up.
