I’m a hard working person who is currently working for myself as a high end wedding cake maker, up until the lockdown, I was the land lady of a busy restaurant and inn for 15 years, working upwards of 60 hours a week, as a micro manager, I worked all areas of my business from cooking to cleaning rooms and service. I love to cook for other people and think I am extremely good at it, thanks to my Italian grandmother, who is 93 with dementia, I help my mother with her care. I love to make other people happy, I have had a clean driving licence for 20+ years and a qualified first aider.
