I have the right to work in the UK and completed a
Certificate in Care.
I have personal care experience, whereby I looked after my ex-husband after he was involved in a car accident, suffering severe brain damage. It took me 10 months to sufficiently rehabilitate him, from being discharged from the hospital as a "baby" to him driving a car by the end of his recovery period.
I nursed my mom the more frail she became, assisting her with eating, bathing, use of the toilet etc, until she passed away.
I visited our Parish Priest upon his retirement, who suffered with Dementia. I instinctively knew how to chat with him on my visits with him, until his death.
I relocated to the UK last year, to be closer to my family and looking for a new
opportunity.
