I have close to 5yrs experience as a self-employed live-in carer. My experience as a carer has been gained with a variety of clients with conditions such as dementia, lewy-body dementia, parkinsons, diabetes, stroke, depression/anxiety, motor neurone disease. I have experience with manual handling and hoisting. My duties have included companionship, cooking and housekeeping. I also have experience with palliative care. I am subscribed to the DBS update service.
