This is something I have always enjoyed from a young age, which is what led me into my previous employments.I have a great knowledge of safeguarding procedures and excellent organisational, communication and time management skills. I am self-motivated and a good team player with the ability to motivate others. I have an ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines, in a calm and patient manner.
