Dear Hiring Manager,
Currently, I am working on a project that aims to improve the hearing outcomes of children, examining, and assessing children for hearing problems, referring those with major problems to audiologists. I recorded and maintained patient data, conducted health education talks, and follow safety guidelines and regulations.
Previously, I have looked after adults both in clinic settings and at their homes, examining and administering medicines as prescribed by the doctor, managing simple injuries and wound, measuring, monitoring, and documenting patients’ vital signs reporting major changes to the Nurse in charge. Collecting, obtaining, and transporting samples including blood.
I have also assisted with personal care, changing bedding preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing posture, and position, talking to patients, and ensuring a safe living environment. I have also booked and escorted patients for various appointments and activities.
Sincerely,
Hajara Nanyonjo
