Through my experience, I have developed good assessment skills, good communication skills, observation skills, and good management skills. I am a hard working individual who is able to cope with pressure, good team player, flexible, organized and above all reliable. I am able to use my own initiative, proactive and I belief I have good leadership skills. I always seek advice from my line managers, I work with others in a professional manner regardless of color, race, sexuality and gender in a non-discriminatory manner. I am approachable, and able to develop and maintain rapport with both staff and clients. I feel that through knowledge and experience I have acquired by working in many different settings with different cliental groups, I am well equipped to work in any environmental setting.
