Hello, I'm Jane Hughes, originally from the Philippines, been leaving in England for nearly 30 years with British Passport. I've worked as a carer for over 12 years in a Residential Care Home, also worked private carer with 2 brothers with disabilities for over a year and at the moment I am working as a Support Worker for over one year now. So altogether I've been doing this job for almost 15 years. I have got proper trainnings and NVQ/Diploma 2 in Health and Social Care as well as The Care Certificate. I would like to give it a try to work as a private carer to see the difference but still be able to deliver the proper duty of care and give my best above and beyond with all my knowledge and understanding. Although I've been doing this type of job for at least 15 years already I am still willing to learn and to challence myself with something new for a change.
