I am very reliable ,helpful and empathetic person. I understand that a service user needs a compassionate and respectful person to provide outstanding care and support to him/her at all times. I used to work as a building manager(for over 10 years) in London but I had a year experience taking care of a retired doctor after that period so I know and have what it takes to enhance the lifestyle of someone who requires assisted living.
I have excellent problem-solving capability and I can manage a significantly workload on a busy day. I understand that plethora of soft skills is very important to perform satisfactorily in this role, most importantly, communication, companionship and emotional intelligence. The relationship with a service user must be productive and harmonious. I am kind of person that always do my best to make the service user feel comfortable by providing the best possible care so that the service user can live as independently as possible.
