Everyone calls me Ella. Love working with people, have discovered my calling working in a dementia care home and then moving onto domiciliary care. I get satisfaction from making a difference in each of our clients lives, get to know them, their history, likes and dislikes, making sure they’re safe, medication is administered correctly, provide personal
care and house work, cooking and always make time for a chat and a laugh. On social calls I take them out for a meal or a glass of wine, shopping and a cup of coffee. Changes in my personal life now means that I can apply for live in care, it just makes sense for me.
