Hello my Name is Fortunate and my passion is in being a carer... I discovered it was my calling and passion and realised it gave me a sense of purpose and fulfilment. I lost my mom and nana and throughout the time I took care of them and my nana told me I should do this for work and help other people out there as I have taken care of her..I got so inspired by her words of wisdom and legacy to do this for a living and create such a priceless impact on people's lives..yes I do this for work but because I enjoy doing it ..it never feels like work at all.It comes naturally fir me love, care and show compassion.
I have 7 years of experience with Spinal injury, dementia, catheter care and companionship. I have worked in domiciliary care and care homes and since covid pandemic I have pivoted to live in care to minimise level of spread on my life and patients lives. I love chatting ,watching TV shows and my current show is After life a British show..I love travelling and dancing for exercise..I mean who goes to the gym daily..I prefer to exercise doing something I love that's enjoyable..I love cooking healthy meals and keeping up with current affairs and news. I have a masters degree in Public relations but very good training in care certificates and all relevant manual handling training. I love meeting new people and chatting over a cappuccino and biscuit.
