My name is Mberede Chimaobi. I am currently working as a medical assistant with International Organization for migration in Nigeria. I had the opportunity to work as a customer care agent for our beneficiaries. During that period I developed a strong sense empathy and I got the opportunity to demonstrate this everyday and it was a sort of learning curve for me because I have don't that before. Most of the training was on the Job training but over time I took more courses online in customer care. For me, it speaks volume on my adaptation skills and my ability to learn quickly in new environment.
