As a professional carer, I have assisted, guided and supported with their daily activities to promote happiness and well being at all times. I strive to provide the best level of care possible to my customers by establishing strong trusting relationships actively engaging them in conversation and creating a safe environment.
I have supported individuals affected by a broad range of health conditions in professional settings. I have promoted independence and offered continuous encouragement to help aid and recovery process. I have supported customers affected by advanced dementia, epilepsy, spinal injuries, brain injuries, cancer, stroke, Parkinson's, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, down's syndrome and autism.
Devoting my time to good causes I have worked in charity shops on a voluntary basis. Helping others is something I really enjoy doing in all aspects of life.
