Hello i have been in the care sector since 1996. From nursing homes to domicillary care supported living for clients with challenging behaviours, to live in care since 2014. I am experienced with many care aspects and for the last 7 years cared for my long term clients through to them needing palliative care.
I am a private carer…..non.agency.please…..and I am self employed. I would prefer a rota base maybe 1/2 weeks on off.
I travel to clients useing trains/buses making sure I travel by the cheapest route/timings. I am on the dbs update system, have care references and up to date training with certificates.
I can even cover, if available respite care for yourself/ loved one.
I like reading magazines, gardening, diy, little walks and day trips.
I am a very caring person, with lots of empathy and don’t give in easily …if plan a doesn’t work we go to plan b. I have patience understanding, as all my references will show you. I give care to the best of my ability and fully enjoy my work.
As a private carer I am sure daily rate of pay, depending on clients needs can be discussed, with a 2 hour break as standard.
