I am currently looking after an elderly lady with dementia. I've been her carer since May. I also used to work for Housing 21, back in 2013. My role involves helping with personal hygiene (the lady is bed-bound), meal preparation, medication administration, housework, companionship.
Before I chose to become a carer, I was a dental receptionist and worked in the retail sector for almost 10 years, in customer service.
I am a hardworking and compassionate person who always puts the client's needs first; a good listener with a positive attitude and need to help people.
