I am a graduate of Abia State University Uturu with a Bsc. in Microbiology. I am equipped with course certifications in customer service & relationship management, human resource management, and health, safety & environment.

In my current job role as a Customer Service representative, I enhanced my knowledge on data computation and analysis, give a succinct report, compile and update records, Overall ensure that Clients are cared for, respected, and valued.
