All my jobs to date have required me to work with clients
at all levels. This has helped me to improve my
interpersonal skills and I am able to relate to people at all
levels. The aspect of my job which I enjoy the most is the
chance to meet people from all ages and various
backgrounds. Job satisfaction which I get from getting
clients back into work is great. My past job was as
customer advisor / caissier involves inducting new clients
and referring them to suitable basic skills, , work
placements and training programmes. This also involves
providing personalised and effective advice, vocational
guidance and motivational support to socially excluded
groups including ethnic minorities, lone parents and long
term unemployed to assist them in making worthwhile
career and employment choices.
