I noticed that compassion and empathy towards my mother from people around her made a great difference in her well-being while she suffered from Alzheimers for 16 years.

I believe that food should be ‘goodness’ so cooking is a satisfying activity for me.
I am an animal lover; peace, for me, is time with my rescue dog.
