I am a highly motivated and reliable experienced Support worker/carer with a proven record of providing to the highest standard of patient centred care through work experience undertaken during my four years of practice in different work placements . I have 8 years’ experience working with the elderly and young children as a Support Worker. I also aim to motivate the people around me through hard work and team spirit.
