I am an accomplished and motivated health professional with 20+ years experience working with individuals with various medical conditions - Cardiac Disease, Stroke, MS, ME, Diabetes, Brain Injury, Dementia, Spinal injuries, Parkinson's Disease, Cancer. I specialise in Rehabilitation, Posture therapy, and Live in care.
I bring a combination of skills and talents which I have developed through a lengthy and rewarding career in this field. I am extremely passionate about what I do and have helped many people improve their health and well-being while being in my care. I have an outgoing and sunny disposition, I am fit and strong, health-conscious and I am a very patient and empathetic person.
I enjoy playing the piano, taking regular gym exercise, walking and cycling. I like to stay up to date with the news, I like doing crosswords although this is working progress and love just getting out and about!
I also like going to the theatre to watch musicals and the ballet.
