I work as Carer/Support worker. I have found the experience to be one that has changed my life. I have worked with criminal, mental health, youth and the brain injury sector which has given me a wider insight into the self discipline that is vital to participating in support work. While the work is intense and takes more work than many would think, I have supported and administered medication and provided the best care to provide the safe guarding of my clientele. My role entailed adapting my personality and traits to match those of my patient/resident which allowed me to gain a wider understanding of the way that my patients/resident behaved. I believe I can help people in Many sort of ways and I have full faith in my self that maybe I could change a kids life for the better. I know I can be the best as I have a good nature and I am a person who is concerned for people going through the most hardest times.
