For the past approximately 2 and half years I have been working as a home care assistant for my local agency and 3 years as a live in care worker. During my employment I have learned how to handle various mentally and physically disability people in different situations professionally and efficiently using my own knowledge and any available resources.
I have an empathy with old and ill person present position understanding of how they are feeling. I have a great skill to motivate and encourage them that empower the client to leave an independent lifestyle. I am a good listener. I have desire to help people. As can be seen from my CV I possess NVQ2 and special course about dementia related certification. I trained to deal with spinal injured people as well, also possess a good team working skills.
