I am very passionate about looking after the vulnerable elderly young patients ages between 14 to 22, having a loving nature and passion for helping other people, as a carer I have been doing the things that a family member would do for their loved one or even more.As a live in carer, I acted according to a care plan. Care plan is a written document that states care needs of a client and is agreed by the care team, family members and healthcare professionals. It includes aspects of personal hygiene, household duties, cleaning, cooking, and social activities. My characteristics that aid me to be the best carer are I have strong communication skills, I am able to live with the client for long-term. The ability to understand and follow instructions also I have the ability to cope with emergency situations such as missing persons policy. Caring and loving nature with empathy and passion for helping others, I am available to start immediately.
