I am an individual who is very hardworking and passionate about caring for others. Being very fortunate with my health, helping those who cannot help themselves gives me a great pleasure which is why I have been working in care/support service throughout my University years. My ability to multitask full time study and work demonstrates my determination for learning and improving my skills that enable me to be more effective in the work environment. I believe that I have strong communication skills, which is evidenced through my genuine interest in people, their well-being and understanding their support networks. As a person who has worked with individuals who suffer from complex mental illnesses and severe learning disabilities, I must be reliable, trustworthy and resilient.
