I am an independent thinker but also enjoy teamwork, I feel I have a good sense of humour and I am open minded; I am very reliable and punctual. Interpersonal relation, problem solving pro-act Communication skills also have the ability to work with or without others, with a flexible and adaptable approach, I have the ability to prioritise my workload and complete my duties and I got my won transport with full Uk licence.

I have up to 6 years experience in support work role which I have worked in all section such as Autism, Learning difficulties, Mental health, Alcohol & drug abuse, Physical & sexual abuse, self harm, non viber communication and bipolar disorder and so on, Which I have worked with both young and elderly people.
I understand in support or care is a very challenging role, But I like very well because it put a smile on some ones face and make the vulnerable people to live independently as much as possible.
