My name is MARIA.

I'm looking for a self-employed live-in carer job, preferably in the South of England, East England, South Coast, or possibly London.
I am available to cover on a short-term basis as well.
Weekly rate: approx.: £840 - 1260

I am an experienced, qualified, multi-trained healthcare assistant and live-in carer.
I am living in London since 15 May 2018.
I am originally Hungarian.
All my life I have been passionate about helping people.

I am intelligent, kind, reliable, conscientious, precise, loyal, compassionate, honest, calm, patient, tidy, cheerful, and ambitious, I can adapt to different situations with good technical skills 😊. I am a good listener with a friendly and positive manner and good organizational skills.

I qualify as a health care assistant. I worked in care homes for half a year and then as a live-in carer for 5 years. I have gained incredible experience in helping vulnerable people with physical disabilities, cancer, mild dementia, stroke, Parkinson's, cerebral palsy, diabetes, incontinence, and deafness.

I am physically strong and healthy.

My goal and mission are to improve people’s lives by doing little things like giving massages, getting nails, and haircuts, preparing healthy, tasty food, including cakes, providing a tidy environment, the highest level of physical and emotional care, and ensuring people live as independently as possible in their own homes.
I respect their dignity, decisions, privacy, and diversity.
I am proud to have been a carer for a 103-year-old gentleman for almost a year. 😊
Every day spent together was blissful and memorable. We are still in contact with the family to this day.

My hobbies are traveling, walking in nature, and on the beach. I like documentaries about history, animals, old buildings, the world, and the universe, and cooking, travel, or gardening shows. I like massages, cooking, housework, and gardening. I like cycling, swimming, and yoga.
I am not a driver.
I have 3 written references.
I have the Right to Work in the UK and am on the DBS update service.
I am available from the 15th of April 2024.

My English is at a good conversational level, I am still learning, and my pronunciation is clear and understandable.
