Working within clients homes to provide timely, flexible and complementary care and organising the household as well as the routine of the client. I was supporting and enabling clients to remain home with as much independence as possible and supporting them to achieve good life outcomes. I respected clients' personal choices at all times and carried out tasks in a professional, discrete and caring manner. I valued Dignity, Privacy, Property and Confidentiality and provided personal and practical care for a wide range of disabilities and illnesses.
