I am a consistently hardworking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have 10+ years experience working in Sales, Marketing and the Customer service industry. I have strong leadership and organisational skills that allow me to navigated challenging situations and see all projects through to completion. I can confidently liaise with people of varied backgrounds and ages. In my most recent job, I served as a senior administrator at a Residential Care Home where I acted as the first point of contact for the home, working closely with the NHS in order to ensure the safety and protection of our vulnerable residents. It was while working here that I was able to cultivate my understanding of working with vulnerable people and I underwent rigorous training in order to meet safeguarding regulations. I also trained staff members including health care assistant to deliver a service that was of a high standard and in accordance with CQC requirements.
