I’ve worked in the care sector for 38 years
I. The community in live in care not to mention private hospitals and nursing/care homes, I am very friendly understanding and a good listener and can show empathy as well as sympathy I also know the importance of person centred care and strive to maintain this always I would ideally like 24 hour live in over 3-4 days and looking towards a salary of around minimum 1000/1200 upwards depending on role and duties
