Personal Statement
I am applying for this job as through previous professional experience I know that working in this sector gives me a great deal of job satisfaction. I have previously worked with children and adults of all ages with individual needs and behavioural issues. I am able to communicate effectively with both children and adults which increases their trust in me. Over time, this helps me to understand their individual needs and allows me to help them reach their full potential. I believe I will be able to excel in this role and I am keen to continue building my skill set and knowledge. Given my previous experience and interpersonal skills, I believe that I would be a positive addition to the company.
