I enjoy my work also that to me is quite important has I enjoy helping people to make the most of their life to the best of their ability.. I have many years experience in care with some very complex needs and learning disabilities and also in mental health with challenging behaviours.. Also people who have non verbal communication and cannot do anything for themselves has they are wheelchair bound.. I've run there homes taken them on outings also professional visits.. Also sat in on best interest meetings and well being meetings.. I have done risk assessment s and also numerous training courses..
