I worked as a live-in carer for a quadriplegic gentleman for 22 years until his death in 2018. My work included many things including personal care, outings , cooking , passive exercise etc. I am 57 years old and a widow. I drive , I am relatively healthy , my back is not a strong as it was but other that that I am quite capable of .most tasks. I do not mind if I have to make a relatively long journey to live - in position.
