I am currently working as a self employed live in carer. I looked after a lady with advanced Dementia for almost 2 years in Surrey, a lady with severe mobility problems and Arthritis ,more recently a lady in Marbella with severe mental health issues I have a great deal of experience in Mobility problems, wheelchair users, Arthritis, Dementia, Stroke, Cancer care, HIV care, Cognitive Behaviour problems, Anxiety, Brain injury. Mental health problems, Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy I have a house in Merseyside but am willing to travel nationwide as I live some of the time in Spain. I have a full clean licence and an excellent cook I have all the relevant certificates, DBS on the update system and Insurance I have worked as a carer in a Mental health hospital and I have cared for my Mum and Sister who both passed away from Cancer. I am a qualified hairdresser ,beautician, masseuse . I am looking for live in role of shared care, 2 or three weeks on / off ...

I have worked in care since 2002, has worked in nursing homes, residential homes, home care, acute hospitals as well as in community hospitals. I have trained to be a general adult nurse 2002- 2005. My vast expereince has been providing quality care, supporting patients through thier different ailments. this varied from acute illnesses, longterm illnesses, assisting & managing their conditions, providing support, information and education to both patients, clients and thier loved ones. Iam currently working in leicester as a community nurse.
