Unfortunately, due to the current economic situation caused by COVID, my kitchen still does not have a definite time when our restaurant will be open
As a result of this, and my desire to continue to expand and develop my skills, I am looking for a new full-time permanent position with a company as renowned as yourself
I have experience managing a kitchen as well as redesigning and establishing new menus.
I have won the Open Table Diners choice award for 2019/20, and Trip advisor certificate of excellence increasing the restaurants scoring from 2.9 to 4 and Harden’s award “very High-Quality Food certificate” in 2019.
I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to you regarding any opportunities you may be aware of or even just to hear your suggestions on how I can develop my skills in such a difficult environment.
I have training in in health and safety management, HACCP and chemical training.
