We are a nursing recruitment agency (FERTS Open Hands Ltd) specialising in the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff for the health and social care sector. We supply nurses, healthcare assistants, senior healthcare assistants to care homes often helping to cover staff shortages in England.

Due to coronavirus our healthcare staff are aware and understand the importance of wearing PPE when assisting service users and also when outside of work.
Please note we have staff immediately available to work both long days, live in shifts and night shifts. As an organisation we prefer our staff to have a full day of induction so they can familiarise themselves with the residents and how the care home operates.
