I’m someone who uses a creative approach to solve problems. I am ideally looking more at a companion role as that is what I have experience in. Although I have worked in the care industry for over 10 years. & wouldn’t be adverse to maybe a carer/ companion role. My salary at the moment is around £30,000 per annum this is for a role where I am with a team of 3 ladies supporting a non verbal autistic lady.
