Hi there,I have worked in care for about 8yrs,have worked as a support worker for a company name lifeways Community Care for about five years,while i worked with them i did work for agency as Healthcare assistant and care assistant,where I did personal care,administered medication,did morning,noon,afternoon and night notes on service user,use to take service user or client to appointments,activities,shopping and did cleaning.
