My name is carollah but I am happy to be called carol, l have worked in the care industry for over 15 years in a professional capacity, as I enjoy working with people with social care needs.
I am a outgoing person who enjoys long drives, and a bit of gardening, and reading.

I am able to work on my own with minimum supervision, as some of my previous roles involved lone working, and l am a very good cook, and l understand the importance of good dietary intake for the people l look after, as some diets are recommended by speech and language therapist, or religious based, and l fully understand that it is my responsibility to follow those guidelines.
