I'm a Chef by profession. I read occasionally and exercise regularly from my flat as I can't afford a gym membership. I suppose I don't need one! My mother is a carer. Since looking after my Uncle who last year sadly passed away due to his alcoholism I've realised how much of a difference an individual can really make within other individuals lifes.
