My name is Massa and I have been a live-in carer for 10 years.

I have looked after people with different level of needs, ranging from companionship to Parkinson's disease, dementia and more complex care.

I also temporarily worked as a room attendant/housekeeper in Marriott Hotel Waltham Abbey (Essex) and Cheshunt.
